      A community without a newsletter is a community "adrift". Newsletters bring residents together, reminding them that they each share a common bond by informing them of the many committees, activities, and functions that may be available to them. Residents who receive a monthly newsletter look forward to each issue and are anxious to receive their copy in the mail. A newsletter is an excellent method in which to announce community events, special accomplishments, important announcements, as well as vital information to all residents from the management company.
